Vornn is a lightweight AI clothing recoloring application designed specifically for portraits, allowing you to pick a garment color, generate a new image with the recolored clothing, save the edited image, and share it at your convenience. Built with Flutter, GetX, and GetStorage, Vornn delivers a smooth, fast, and user-friendly experience. Importantly, Vornn does not require you to create an account or log in with any credentials to access its basic features, and this subscription agreement governs your use of the app’s premium subscription service. By subscribing to Vornn’s premium service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, including our strict policy of not collecting any facial information, which is detailed throughout this document.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: Vornn’s sole purpose, whether using basic or premium subscription features, is to recolor clothing in portrait images. We have no need or intention to collect, store, process, or use any facial information from our subscribers. This means we never capture, analyze, retain, or access any data related to your face, including but not limited to facial features, facial landmarks, facial contours, skin tone (for non-clothing areas), facial expressions, or any other biometric information associated with your face. When you upload a portrait image to use the clothing recoloring feature (either basic or premium), our AI technology is specifically programmed to target and process only the clothing areas within the image—all facial regions are completely excluded from any form of data processing. We do not use any facial recognition algorithms, nor do we store any part of the facial content from your uploaded images. Your facial privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we have designed every aspect of Vornn’s subscription service to ensure that no facial information is ever collected, even accidentally, during your use of the app. This policy applies to all subscribers, all uploaded images, all premium features, and all stages of your interaction with Vornn’s subscription service, with no exceptions.
Vornn offers a premium subscription service that unlocks additional benefits beyond the app’s basic free features. The subscription is optional, and you may continue using Vornn’s basic features without subscribing. By purchasing a Vornn subscription, you gain access to the premium benefits outlined in this agreement for the duration of your subscription period. The subscription is auto-renewable unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period, and billing will occur at regular intervals (e.g., monthly, annually) as selected during your subscription sign-up. No account registration is required to subscribe—you can complete the subscription process directly through your device’s app store, using your existing app store payment method.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: Subscribing to Vornn’s premium service does not require any collection of facial information. The subscription process is completed through your device’s app store, and we do not request, collect, or store any facial data as part of the subscription sign-up, billing, or ongoing use. Our premium features are focused solely on enhancing the clothing recoloring experience, and they do not involve any facial information collection or processing. Even when using premium features to generate more recolored images, our AI remains focused exclusively on clothing areas, and facial regions are completely ignored. Your facial privacy is fully protected throughout your subscription period.
When you subscribe to Vornn’s premium service, you will receive the following exclusive benefits, with no additional or hidden features beyond those listed below:

Once your subscription expires or is canceled, you will revert to Vornn’s basic free features, which may include limits on image generations or access to priority support. The premium subscription does not add any new core functionality beyond the benefits listed—Vornn’s core purpose remains AI clothing recoloring for portraits, with no additional features or tools.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: The premium subscription benefits do not involve any collection or processing of facial information. Unlimited image generations and priority support are focused solely on the clothing recoloring process, and they do not require or involve any facial data. Even with unlimited image generations, our AI only processes the clothing areas of your uploaded portraits, and facial regions are never collected, stored, or analyzed. Priority support also does not require you to provide any facial information—support inquiries are handled through email, and no facial data is requested or collected as part of the support process. Your facial privacy remains protected while using all premium subscription benefits.
Vornn’s premium subscription is available at a set price, which is displayed during the subscription sign-up process through your device’s app store. The billing cycle is determined by your selection (e.g., monthly, annually), and you will be charged the applicable fee at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal feature through your device’s app store settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle—you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period. If you fail to make a payment when due (e.g., due to an expired payment method), your subscription may be suspended until the payment is resolved.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: Billing and subscription management are handled entirely through your device’s app store, and we do not collect any facial information as part of the billing process. We do not request or store any facial data to verify your identity, process payments, or manage your subscription. All billing-related information is handled by the app store, and we do not have access to any facial information or biometric data associated with your payment method. Your facial privacy is not affected by the subscription billing or renewal process.
You may cancel your Vornn premium subscription at any time by accessing your device’s app store settings and disabling auto-renewal. Cancellation is immediate in terms of stopping future billing, but your premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period, regardless of when you cancel. If you experience technical issues with the premium service that prevent you from using the benefits, please contact our support team (contact information at the bottom of this agreement) for assistance—we will work to resolve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by your device’s app store policies.

The cancellation process is handled through your device’s app store, and we do not request any facial data to complete the cancellation. We never collected any facial information during your subscription period, so there is no facial data to delete or manage when you cancel. By using Vornn’s premium subscription features, you agree to comply with the same user responsibilities outlined in Vornn’s User Agreement, including but not limited to: owning or having the legal right to use any images you upload, not using the app for illegal or harmful purposes, not tampering with the app’s functionality, and using the premium features for personal, non-commercial use only. The premium subscription does not exempt you from these responsibilities, and failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your subscription, with no refund provided.

Whether you are using the basic or premium features, our AI processes only the clothing areas of your uploaded images, and facial regions are completely excluded from data collection and processing. You do not need to take any additional steps to protect your facial data while using premium features, as our design ensures that no facial information is ever collected. Even when generating unlimited images, no facial data is captured, stored, or analyzed.
We may occasionally update the Vornn premium subscription benefits or pricing, but we will notify you of any significant changes through the app or your device’s app store before the changes take effect. Minor changes to the premium features (e.g., small improvements to priority support) may be made without prior notice, but these changes will not reduce the core benefits outlined in this agreement. We will never remove the core premium benefits (unlimited image generations, no daily limits, priority support) without providing advance notice and an opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: Any updates or changes to the premium subscription will not involve collecting facial information. We will never add premium features that require collecting, storing, or processing facial data, and our commitment to not collecting facial information remains unchanged. Updates to the premium service will focus solely on improving the clothing recoloring experience and the core benefits, with no involvement of facial information.
We may terminate your premium subscription if you violate this Subscription Agreement or Vornn’s User Agreement, including but not limited to using the premium features for illegal or harmful purposes, infringing on the rights of others, tampering with the app’s functionality, or failing to make payment when due. If we terminate your subscription, you will lose access to all premium benefits immediately, and no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. You may also terminate your subscription at any time by canceling auto-renewal through your device’s app store, as outlined in Section 4.
We Do Not Collect Facial Information: Termination of your subscription does not involve any collection or disclosure of facial information, as we never collected any in the first place. When your subscription is terminated, you will revert to the app’s basic features, and no facial data is involved in this process. We do not store any facial information, so there is no facial data to delete or transfer when your subscription ends.
